Not at all! My sessions are designed for everyone, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Whether you're new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, each session is tailored to your comfort level.

Online classes are conducted via Zoom or a preferred video platform. Once you book a session, you'll receive a link to join. Sessions include guided instruction, practical exercises, and time for questions or adjustments based on your needs.

For in-person sessions, bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and an open mind. If it's a meditation session, a cushion or blanket can enhance comfort. For outdoor sessions, it's best to bring water and wear light, breathable clothing.

Retreats take place in breathtaking locations such as Thailand, Indonesia, Nepal, and India. These immersive experiences combine yoga, meditation, and nature-based practices to help you relax, recharge, and realign your energy.
